How WellFoxEdition works for personalized products

Practical information for purchasing customizable products only.

Step 1: After choosing your option and adding your personalized item to cart, you can log in to have your information already filled out or you can fill it out as a guest.

Step 2: After finalizing the order and paying for it, you will receive a purchase confirmation email but also an email explaining the procedure to follow to receive your item.

Step 3: You send the photo to be personalized to contact.wellfox@gmail.com as indicated in the email you received so that the illustrator's work begins.

Step 4: The illustrator will be able to communicate with you by email to have more details on your desires for this customization. A questionnaire can be sent to you to guide you as best as possible.

Step 5: The illustrator gives you the estimated time for this achievement. Depending on whether you purchased a physical or digital product, you will receive it directly at home or you will receive a WeTransfer link by email so that you can print it on the media of your choice or put it on one of the media that we offer on the site .
